the holiday of english language day is a day I celebrate to encourage students to learn proper english grammar and correct usage of the language.
I am not a native english speaker, but I have taken it upon myself to master the language and get it right. I don’t speak english well, but I love to talk and learn, and english is my first language. I would like to make a point through this that you should learn how to use the english language well, because as most say, you never know what could happen when you’re talking in english.
I’m not going to lie, I am a bit of a grammar nazi. On weekends I use the english term for “good” and the english term for “bad”. In my opinion, any sentence that could be either “good” or “bad” is bad. “Good” implies something positive, and “bad” implies something negative. “Happy” is the opposite of “bad”, and “English” is a way of saying “no good”.
It’s true that English is a tricky language, but it’s also a beautiful one. As a point of reference, here are a few positive things about english: It’s the most widely and easily-understood of the major world languages. It’s also the first language to allow you to say that you are happy (without the “y” word). It’s also the only language in the world that allows you to say that someone else is unhappy. I mean, there is a reason.
Well, English is also the language that is mostly used in commercials. Not only can you say that you are happy without the y word, but you can also give someone money without the y word as well.
Well today is happy english language day. And while the word happiness is a bit of an oxymoron, it is used at least once a day in almost every English sentence.
English is not the only language that is used in commercials. This is just a small sample of the many ways that English is used in the marketing world.
We here at TechRadar don’t get paid to speak in English. We speak in English when we are speaking to someone who is a native speaker. Many of our viewers are native English speakers (who are also English language learners). It is often the case that these are the same people who are reading our articles and listening to our podcast. The truth is that English is not just used when speaking to a native speaker.
We use English a lot as part of our marketing efforts. It is part of our ‘brand’. It’s part of our identity. It’s part of our marketing. We are part of the marketing team at TechRadar and we work with a lot of brands. Some of the brands we’ve worked with include Apple, Samsung, Google, and Microsoft.
It’s a bit like the difference between the English language and the social media marketing team. The social media marketing team uses English to promote products, while the English language is used to promote the content of the brand. The social media marketing team may use English to promote products, but the English language is used to promote the content of the product.
